Our client in Bellville requires your initiative, attention to detail, and computer literacy in a stock inventory management system. Own transport, valid driver's license is essential, including a clear credit check. Detail: REQUIREMENTS Matric, or related qualification 2 – 3 years' experience in an inventory control capacity Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office) High level of attention to detail Excellent communication skills in English Valid license and own vehicle – essential DUTIES Maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse and across all consignment locations Perform regular stock counts and reconcile physical counts against system data Accurately document all dispatches and incoming deliveries, including serial/lot numbers, batch codes, and expiry dates Prepare dispatch checklists and delivery notes for ISO-compliant processes Ensure product traceability from receipt to final delivery Manage stock transactions, returns, and adjustments, and report discrepancies Manage stock replenishment and liaise with representatives and client associates Process consignment returns and dispatch stock daily from the HO warehouse Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for internal use Highlight slow-moving or expiring stock for management action Support the Logistics Manager with demand forecasting inputs based on historical data and upcoming usage plans Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits Maintain clean, safe, and organized storage and packing areas Accurately pick and pack orders for delivery according to SOPs Inspect all incoming stock for damage, expiry, or discrepancies and report issues Use and log safe physical lifting and handling activities Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience Join us on SOCIAL MEDIA or visit our WEBSITE for more information.
