Duties & Responsibilities

As a Supply Chain Finance Analyst, you'll play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of various Supply Chain Finance programmes while delivering exceptional support to clients, suppliers and funding partners.

Your responsibilities will include

Providing professional telephone and email support to clients, suppliers and funders

Managing supplier onboarding and account setup

Assisting clients with platform training and user support

Monitoring transactions and resolving operational queries

Supporting payment processes and reporting activities

Performing data analysis and working capital analysis

Preparing reports using Microsoft Excel

Assisting with implementation of new client programmes

Working closely with buyers, suppliers and financial institutions

Helping ensure efficient day-to-day operational delivery

Desired Experience & Qualification

Matric (Grade 12)

A Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field will be advantageous but is not essential.

Previous experience in Financial Services, FinTech, Banking, Client Services, Operations, Administration, Supply Chain Finance, Data Analysis or Customer Support will be highly advantageous.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Package & Remuneration

R20,000 to R40,000 / month, all dependant on skills, experience and qualifications. The client is open to candidtes with very little experience all the way through to the applicants with solid relevant and technical experience.
