- To drive smarter, data-driven supply chain decisions by developing automated reporting solutions that enhance visibility, proactively identify risks and performance gaps, and strengthen master data integrity. The role will play a key part in improving forecast accuracy, optimising customer service levels, and driving continuous improvement across Supply Chain Planning (SCP) through actionable insights, effective corrective actions, and enhanced planning efficiency.
Requirements
- Education: Honours Degree
- Relevant experience: 6-8 years
- Experience working with senior management: 6-8 years
- Advanced computer literacy: 6-8 years
- Code 08 Driver's License
- Business English: Fluent

Duties and Responsibilities
Supply Chain Reporting, Analysis and Insights
- Develop automated reporting solutions using Power BI and related tools
- Monitor and analyse Order Fill Rate performance
- Analyse forecast accuracy and trends
- Support new product and range change reporting
- Provide ad hoc analysis and insights
Master Data Management and Planning Governance
- Manage product master data
- Maintain forecastable item parameters
- Run exception reports and correct anomalies
- Ensure governance compliance
Continuous Improvement and Process Optimisation
- Identify automation opportunities
- Recommend planning improvements
- Support business projects and system enhancements
Advanced Analytics and Demand Insights
- Develop price elasticity models
- Assess impact of pricing changes
- Support pricing and forecasting initiative
