The successful candidate will play a key role in driving supplier quality performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Skills automotive engineering quality engineer vda6.3 Detail: Duties & Responsibilities: Supplier Quality Assurance & Performance Management Supplier Non-Conformance, Claims & Corrective Action Management Incoming Quality Control Management Supplier Audit Program Management PPAP & Change Management (PIA Portal) SAP Quality Management Administration Packaging Quality Management (PDS review) Reporting & Quality Cost Management Quality Management System Compliance with Symbio Health, Safety & Environmental Compliance Minimum requirements: National Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 3-5 years' experience in Supplier Quality, Quality Engineering or manufacturing Quality. Experience within an automotive manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR). Quality Requirements, APQP, PPAP, and customer portal management. Experience using customer-specific portals and quality Experience managing supplier audits and supplier performance improvement initiatives. Qualified Internal Auditor; VDA 6.3 Process Auditor - certification advantageous. Experience in supplier audits, engineering change management and customer-specific requirements. Strong knowledge and application of AIAG Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC,). Experience in structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, 5 Why and Root Cause Analysis. Experience in SAP QM. Advanced MS Office and Excel proficiency. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required. Strong communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills show more...
