The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, leading a team, ensuring productivity targets are achieved, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations. This position requires a proactive individual who is immediately available and able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily operational activities. Lead, motivate, and manage staff to achieve departmental objectives. Allocate daily tasks and monitor employee performance. Ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality standards are consistently met. Monitor attendance, timekeeping, and staff discipline. Conduct staff training and provide ongoing coaching where required. Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained. Assist with stock control, stock counts, receiving, and dispatch processes. Investigate and resolve operational issues promptly. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety regulations. Complete daily operational reports and maintain accurate records. Liaise effectively with management regarding operational performance and staffing requirements. Promote a positive and productive working environment. Minimum Requirements Grade 12 (Matric) (essential). Previous supervisory experience within an FMCG, retail, warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing environment. Must be available to commence employment immediately. Own reliable transport will be advantageous. Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required. Clear criminal record. Contactable employment references. Knowledge and Experience Sound understanding of FMCG operational processes. Experience managing teams in a high-volume environment. Knowledge of stock control and inventory management. Understanding of health and safety regulations. Experience with productivity monitoring and performance management. Ability to manage staff scheduling and workflow planning. Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
