Start free — we apply for you →We need someone who understands the butchery business and is capable of taking responsibility for the day-to-day running and management of the butchery. *Manage the daily operations of the butchery.*Supervise, Manage and motivate butchery staff.*Ensure staff follow proper hygiene, Food safety and Workplace Procedures.*oversee receiving, handling , cutting, packing and display of meat.*Ensure products are prepared and presented to a high standard.*Manage stock Levels and Ensure accurate stock control.*Be hands-on and willing to assist the team when needed.Most importantly, We are looking for someone who is hands-on, Trustworthy, Experienced and capable of running the butchery as if it were their own.Location: Pietermaritzburg / Kwazulu-NatalPosition: Butchery ManagerSalary: Negotiable.
