- Ensure effective running of the transfer station.
- Operate the static compactor and liaising with drivers.
- Supervise the hitching up and disengaging of full and empty containers to and from compact and ensure safe operation.
- Ensure that container are ready for transporting by supervising the placement of the cages on the container.
- Keep record of number of containers filled each day.
- Supervision and control of staff.
Qualifications
- Essentail Experience 2 Years relevant experience.
- Preferred Experience 3 years relevant experience with 1 year supervisory experience.
- Essential Qualifications Grade 12 NQF Level 4 or equivalent. , Valid motor vehicle driving license.
- Preferred Qualifications Diploma NQF Level 6 in Operations Management or Road Transportation or equivalent.
