Store Supervisor – Gateway
- We're looking for a motivated and experienced Store Supervisor to join our footwear and apparel store team in Gateway.
- This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, hands-on individual who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment and has a strong passion for youth culture, skate, music, and fashion . The ideal candidate is sales- and KPI-driven , with great leadership potential and the ability to inspire their team while acting as a brand ambassador .
- As a Store Supervisor, you'll play a key role in supporting store management , driving sales performance , and delivering an exceptional customer experience . You'll lead by example, ensuring operational excellence and helping to create an energetic, connected, and high-performing store culture.

Requirements
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- 1–2 years retail supervisory or keyholder experience
- 2–3 years retail experience
- Strong understanding of sales and KPIs
- Sports knowledge advantageous
