- Controls subordinate staff.
- Controls the technical and administrative operations of the division.
- Liaises with the public other municipal departments and outside organisations.
- Actively promotes safety and accident prevention with respect to staff on site including
- Contractors which includes training and adherence to Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Undertaking related assignments.

Qualifications Essential Requirements:
- Trade Tested Artisan Plumber or Bricklayer or in the Construction industry.
- Valid motor vehicle driving license.
- 5 years post apprenticeship experience of which 2 years must be at supervisory level.
