Key Responsibility Areas
- Co-ordinates tasks / activities associated with the implementation of procedures, monitoring and reporting outcomes.
- Monitors and evaluates progress with regards to mechanical repairs, installation or maintenance works.
- Performs specific administrative tasks / activities associated with the updating and maintaining records / information.

- Trade Tested Artisan (Mechanical Building Services).
- Valid motor vehicle driving license.
- 5 Years relevant post qualification experience.
- Computer Literacy.
Special Conditions
- Required to work in all weather conditions. Required to work outside normal working hours during emergencies and planned overtime.
Physical Requirements
- The physical attributes required for performance of tasks associated with specific key performance areas in this post necessitates that the incumbent be physically fit and able bodies
Qualifications
Essential Requirements
- Trade Tested Artisan (Mechanical Building Services).
- Valid motor vehicle driving license.
- 5 Years relevant post qualification experience.
- Computer Literacy.
