- Remainder of 2026: Monday – Friday: 10:00 - 11:30
- January 2027 onwards: Monday – Friday: 14:00 – 16:00/16:30
- School Holiday Hours: Same as above/Flexible.
- Duties: The au pair will be responsible for collecting the daughter from school and transporting her home safely. Duties will include simply supervising her homework.
- Special Requirements: Female. Someone who is fluent in English.
- Preferred Start Date & Contract Term: 27 October 2026 (Exam period) - Permanent
- (Would prefer someone who can commit until October 2028 when daughter is in Matric)
- Offered Salary: for the remainder of 2026: R4 500 per month + SARS rates per km for driving they do for your family (not to get to work and back).
- January 2027 onwards: R8000 per month + SARS rates per km for driving they do for your family (not to get to work and back).
All Au Pair Extraordinaire applicants must fill the following requirements:
- Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal childcare experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
- Must have their own, reliable car and at least 12 months driving experience.
- Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
- Must have a clear criminal record
- Must have a passion for children
- Must have Matric
- Must have a South African ID document.
