- We are looking for a skilled SF Payroll Specialist to serve as a subject matter expert with advanced proficiency in HR and SAP HCM Payroll. The role offers the opportunity to influence and advise across multiple teams, guide key decisions, and deliver payroll solutions that create meaningful impact. You will bring deep functional and industry expertise to a dynamic environment where your insights will shape successful outcomes across business and technology transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify project scope and define detailed requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives
- Create clear and comprehensive functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation
- Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate proposed solutions
- Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations
- Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies
- Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases
Skills Required
- HR Payroll processes and best practices
- SAP HCM Payroll configuration and implementation
- Requirements gathering, functional and technical specification writing
- Solution design and proof of concept development
- Business process analysis and process improvement
- Change management and stakeholder engagement
- Project coordination and delivery support
Job Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years of experience in HR Payroll, SAP HCM Payroll, or relevant related skills
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study
- Advanced proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll advantageous
- Intermediate proficiency in Business Process Analysis advantageous
- Intermediate proficiency in Change Management advantageous
- Intermediate proficiency in Stakeholder Engagement advantageous
- Beginner proficiency in Data Analytics advantageous
