- RPO Recruitment's client, a construction contractor is seeking an experienced Sub Agent with a strong civil construction background and experience in building exterior works to join them in Polokwane.
- This opportunity is suited to a hands-on construction professional with the ability to coordinate site activities, manage subcontractors and ensure work is completed according to project specifications and quality standards.
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
- Approximately 5 years' relevant construction experience.
- Strong civil construction experience, particularly with building exterior works.
- Experience in site supervision, subcontractor coordination and construction progress monitoring.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good understanding of construction quality, safety and site procedures.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to be based in Polokwane.
