- Develop, implement and maintain SOPs, procedures and processes.
- Take full responsibility for the Stores Department.
- Manage order fulfilment and replenishment in conjunction with Procurement.
- Conduct and oversee cycle counts and stock takes.
- Manage product date control, returns, stock issues and expiry management.
- Oversee shipping, dispatch and reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate labelling, SKU management and warehouse organisation.
- Maintain high standards of quality, productivity and warehouse efficiency.
- Manage inventory and supplies.
- Supervise and manage warehouse/stores staff.
- Ensure effective housekeeping and stock accuracy.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric.
- Relevant qualification/certification in Supply Chain, Logistics or a related field .
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar Logistics, Stores or Warehouse Supervisory role.
- Experience within the Dental, Medical or Healthcare industry will be highly advantageous.
- Experience with ISO 13485 is a definite advantage.
- Strong knowledge of inventory, stores and warehouse processes.
- Own reliable transport.
- Non-smoker.
