Our client, based in Jet Park, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join their team for a 12-month internship programme .
This opportunity is ideal for a recent Logistics or Supply Chain Management graduate eager to gain practical, hands-on experience in stores operations, goods receiving, dispatching, stock control and inventory management within a professional working environment. Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the receiving, checking and recording of incoming goods and deliveries.
- Verify goods received against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Assist with picking, packing and preparing goods for dispatch.
- Support daily stock control and inventory management activities.
- Assist with stock counts and identifying stock discrepancies.
- Ensure goods are correctly labelled, stored and organised.
- Maintain accurate records of goods received and dispatched.
- Assist with general stores administration and documentation.
- Ensure the stores area remains clean, organised and compliant with safety procedures.
- Provide general operational support to the stores team as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Completed Degree in Supply Chain Management or Logistics Management.
- Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and gain practical experience in stores operations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to reliably commute to Jet Park.
