- Responsible for ordering of Indirect services & other Adhoc items; manage stock variance reports; support material planning in order to ensure on time delivery; manage day to day 3rd party requirements and the administration of stock, receiving and issuing of orders and monitor payment of all accounts.
What you will do
- Receive and store manufactured stock in warehouse and update system
- Update all relevant systems
- Create Purchase orders
- Ensure requisitions are aligned with policy and procedures
- Do weekly cycle counts of manufactured stock in order to establish stock variances and support the supply of a accurate monthly report
- Support the placing of orders for packaging and ingredients timeously
- Monitor delivery dates with suppliers
- Compile reports for management
- Provide support for monthly stock take

Experience
- Function – 2+ years stores/stock control/procurement experience
- Qualification – A relevant tertiary qualification degree
