Core Criteria
• Preferably 3 years' experience in a purchasing and procurement role • Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint (Sage X3 and HMS Infor advantageous) • Excellent command of English, spoken and written • Methodical, detail-oriented approach to admin and data capturing • Strong organisational and planning skills • Copes well under pressure and able to prioritise • Flexible attitude, willing to take on tasks as needed • Sense of ownership and pride in work • Good interpersonal skills, patient and sensitive when working across cultures • Realistic expectations of life in a remote bush setting • Own transport, or the ability to arrange own travel to a remote location Core Responsibilities:
• Provide full leave cover for the Purchasing & Procurement Manager, including order placement and daily admin • Conduct preliminary stock counts and place orders for all stores • Raise purchase orders and process supplier invoices on Sage X3 • Capture daily updates for lodge and housekeeping requisitions, and staff food allowances • Process sales, post payments, receipt goods, and perform daily cash-ups • Assist with deliveries: verify quantities, pricing, quality, and expiry dates • Complete delivery-related health and safety checklists • Notify suppliers of shortages or damages, and reconcile supplier statements • Support monthly stock takes and investigate any variances or discrepancies • Maintain audit-ready procurement documentation and reconcile petty cash On Offer:
- Permanent, live-in position

- Food allowance of R2,614 per month, over and above salary
- Medical aid: 50% company contribution (after 3-month probation)
- Pension fund: 50% company contribution (after 3-month probation)
- Share of guest gratuities and a company revenue gratuity
- 20 bed nights for family and friends annually (from 2027)
- Leave cycle: 4 weeks on, 2 weeks off

- Candidates without their own transport will need to arrange their own travel to site
