- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming stock against delivery documentation.
- Pick, pack, and issue parts accurately to production, workshop, or customers.
- Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Perform cycle counts, stocktakes, and inventory reconciliations.
- Coordinate supplier returns for damaged or incorrect parts.
- Operate forklifts safely (where licensed) and comply with OHS standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient warehouse.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric.
- 2 to 3 years experience in an automotive warehouse or logistics environment .
- Good knowledge of automotive parts and inventory control.
- Experience using warehouse/ERP systems such as SAP, Syspro, Kerridge, Pastel, or similar .
- Valid Forklift Licence (advantageous).
- Qualification in Warehousing, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management (advantageous).
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
