Introduction

We are looking for a reliable and organised Storeman to join our team and support the efficient management of stock and warehouse operations. This is an opportunity for a motivated individual to build a career with an established company in the industrial weighing industry.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming stock, materials and deliveries

• Accurately record and update stock levels on the system

• Pick, pack and issue stock to internal departments and customers

• Conduct regular stock counts and identify discrepancies

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe storeroom

• Ensure stock is correctly labelled, stored and easily accessible

• Assist with the loading and offloading of goods

• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or discrepancies

• Ensure materials and equipment are handled and stored correctly

• Assist with general warehouse and stock control duties as required

Desired Experience & Qualification

• Minimum 2 year’s experience

• Matric (Grade 12)

• Computer literate, with experience using stock management systems

• Experience with stock control and inventory management

• Good physical fitness and ability to lift and move stock

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good communication skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Forklift operation experience is an advantage
