An extremely busy steel fabrication business in Factoria Krugersdorp is seeking a qualified Store Manager to oversee all stores and inventory management activities. Ensuring, storage, control and distribution of raw materials, consumables, spare parts, and finished goods while maintaining stock accuracy, supporting production requirements, and driving continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
Inventory Management and Control - COMPULSORY STEEL FABRICATION
Develop and implement inventory control procedures.
Ensure stock accuracy across all inventory categories.
Monitor inventory levels and prevent stock shortages or overstocking.
Manage cycle count and stock take programmes.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
Control obsolete, slow moving and excess inventory.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Bachelors / Associate degree preferable.
Industry specific certifications.
Proven experience 3 - 5 years.
