Detail: Minimum Requirements Grade 12 Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance stores environment (manufacturing preferred) Essential: Hands-on Syspro ERP experience (receiving, issuing, stock enquiries and reporting) Computer literate (MS Excel and stock management systems) Knowledge of maintenance spares, bearings, tools and consumables Physically fit and able to perform manual store duties Higher Certificate in Inventory Management or Supply Chain will be advantageous Knowledge of Maintenance Connect will be advantageous Key Responsibilities Receive, issue and control maintenance stock, tools and consumables Maintain accurate stock records and conduct regular stock counts Assist with procurement and supplier follow-ups Ensure all stock documentation is completed accurately Maintain a clean and organised stores area Prepare stock reports and monitor reorder levels Support the maintenance team by ensuring critical spares are always available Only candidates who meet the above requirements and have Syspro ERP experience will be considered. show more...
