Detail: Duties & Responsibilities: Full responsibility for store performance, sales, and profitability Drive and exceed store sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals Lead, mentor, and develop store teams including junior managers and supervisors Oversee daily store operations and ensure operational excellence Implement and maintain strong visual merchandising standards Manage stock control, stock levels, and shrinkage prevention Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance Ensure outstanding customer service and brand experience Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complex issues Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards Requirements: Grade 12 / Matric (essential) 2–3 years clothing retail experience (clothing retail essential) MUST have 2–3 years experience as a Supervisor Strong sales ability and target-driven mindset Good leadership and communication skills Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays Customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills Should you not receive a response within the next 2 weeks, please consider your application unsuccessful.
