• Full responsibility for store performance, sales, and profitability • Drive and exceed store sales targets, KPIs, and operational goals • Lead, mentor, and develop store teams including junior managers and supervisors • Oversee daily store operations and ensure operational excellence • Implement and maintain strong visual merchandising standards • Manage stock control, stock levels, and shrinkage prevention • Analyse sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance • Ensure outstanding customer service and brand experience • Manage staffing, scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary processes • Handle escalated customer queries and resolve complex issues • Ensure compliance with company policies and retail standards Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- 2-3 years retail clothing experience, in a senior management role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial and operational understanding of retail store performance
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
- MUST have management experience
