La Jaqueta is looking for a confident, reliable and well-organised Store Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting clients who visit the store to place orders
- Assisting clients with fittings and ensuring they receive excellent service
- Capturing and communicating orders accurately with the production department
- Assigning work to the production team/company
- Following up on orders and ensuring they are completed on time
- Making sure orders are ready for client collection
- Assisting with day-to-day store duties
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming environment for clients

✔️ Matric required
✔️ Tertiary education will be an advantage
✔️ Excellent communication skills
✔️ Confident and comfortable speaking to clients
✔️ Friendly and professional personality
✔️ Well-organised and attentive to detail
✔️ Able to work under pressure, especially during busy periods
✔️ Able to multitask and meet deadlines
✔️ Previous retail/customer service experience will be an advantage
