Our client, an international Leader in Luxury is seeking to employ a Store Director to lead their Waterfront team.
The Successful candidate will have a solid understanding of luxury. Strong leadership and strong commercial acumen
- 360-Degree Business Oversight: Managing store performance, driving sales strategies, and hitting commercial and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) targets.
- Team Leadership: Inspiring, motivating, training, and developing sales advisors and management staff.
- Client Experience: Cultivating an unsurpassed luxury service culture and acting as a brand ambassador.
- Operations & Compliance: Overseeing daily operations, loss prevention compliance, human resources management, and visual merchandising according to global guidelines.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven luxury or upscale management background with strong relationship-building and operational skill
