Looking for a store assistant at a mattress store to assist customers professionally and provide excellent service Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum requirements
- Matric (preferred)
- Retail/sales experience advantageous
- Good communication and basic computer skills
- Customer-focused and sales-driven
DUTIES
- Assist customers professionally and provide excellent service.
- Help customers choose the right mattress and base.
- Achieve sales targets and follow up on enquiries.
- Keep the store neat and clean.
- Responsible for stock.
- Assist with basic invoices, quotations and store administration.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain a positive, and professional attitude.
