Qualifications and Experience: Essential: Grade 12 / Matric or Senior Certificate Advantageous: Financial/Admin diploma or a relevant 3-year Diploma Essential: Minimum 1–2 years' experience in store retail management disciplines, including but not limited to stock management, cash, reporting, and expense control Advantageous: Human Resources exposure Key responsibility areas include: store inventory management, cash office and cashier controls, receiving and capturing, store profitability, store administration, and team management (including HR processes and workforce management systems) Behavioural Skills: Creative and innovative thinking; strong problem-solving and analytical ability Sound business acumen and understanding of fiscal guidelines and financial reporting Effective communicator, able to explain concepts to first-time users and deliver information to groups Strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills; diplomatic under pressure Quality-focused with a strong sense of professionalism and adherence to SOPs Leadership ability, including coaching, mentoring, and change management Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); numerical skills; SAP, UNISOLV, SuccessFactors experience advantageous Notes: South African citizen Clear criminal record Valid driver's licence (required) and own reliable transport (preferred) Local travel may be required Upload a comprehensive and updated CV by clicking on the APPLY button/job advert.
