STOCK RETURNS ADMINISTRATOR - IMMEDIATE STARTER IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE (RETAIL / CLOTHING / RELATED INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE)
Based Germiston
R14 500 CTC per month
Dynamic company positioned within the clothing / retail-related arena! Vibrant and progressive working environment!
Seeking a matriculated candidate that has 3-4 years experience in the full function management of stock returns.
This will entail working closely with various additional departments - such as: Sales, warehouse, debtors and invoicing departments. Ensuring that Credit notes are issued
Would need to have sound computer skills, capturing of returned stock onto the system (GRV), ensuring that credits are passed and processed, validation of returns, and all related administration and supporting paperwork
Will also be involved in checking of stock and working closely with the warehouse department. Arranging of transporters to collect returns as required
Attend to all queries. Must be very proficient working on MS Office software. Knowledge of ERP system would be a great advantage specifically Microsoft Dynamics Great Plaints (GP)
Must have excellent administrative skills!
