Key Responsibilities
- Oversee receiving, storage, issuing and movement of stock.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and implement robust stock controls.
- Minimise shortages, wastage, spoilage and unexplained variances.
- Improve inventory-control procedures and ensure operational teams have the stock they need to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
What You'll Need
- Relevant degree or diploma.
- 4–5 years' experience in stock control, inventory management or purchasing.
- Strong food and beverage inventory knowledge.
- Proficiency in ERP/inventory systems and Excel.
- Excellent analytical, organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Hospitality, hotel, golf estate or country club experience will be advantageous.
