Stock Controller

We’re Hiring: Stock Controller | East London We are looking for a detail-oriented Stock Controller to join our East London team . This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organisation. Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Ensure correct and timeous preparation of vehicles for loading and online auctions 🔹 Manage vehicle keys (tagging daily and capturing on Salesforce) 🔹 Ensure 360° vehicle images are completed 🔹 Correctly mark vehicles as starters and load non-starter comments 🔹 Verify vehicle codes and year models against NATIS documents 🔹 Escalate discrepancies or issues to management immediately 🔹 Upload all vehicles received and stocked via the mobile app within 24 hours 🔹 Ensure windows are closed or wrapped where required 🔹 Allocate stock stickers daily 🔹 Assist customers, clients, assessors, and investigators when needed 🔹 Safely remove and store customer personal items
