Build and maintain strong relationships with specialists, Heads of Department, vendors, and key stakeholders. Effectively position project topics and discussions at the appropriate level for different audiences. Provide clear, professional, and impactful presentations and communications. Drive accountability across project teams while fostering a supportive and high-performing environment. Demonstrate urgency and ownership in resolving challenges and achieving business outcomes. Proactively identify, communicate, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies. Deliver accurate status reporting, including the timely communication of challenges and recovery plans. Ensure adherence to project governance standards, quality assurance, and quality control practices. Oversee project financial management and resource planning.
