Introduction

Well-known Importer of Parts with a Distribution Network throughout Southern Africa, requires an analytical, highly proficient Financial Systems and Data Analyst to act as a bridge between a Company’s Finance Department and its Technical IT Infrastructure.

Duties & Responsibilities

Your primary role will be to manage, maintain and optimise the Software and Data Pipelines used for strategic decision-making.

Core Responsibilities

  • Translate complex Financial Business requirements into Technical System Design Specifications
  • Plan and execute UAT to ensure System Updates are accurate
  • Extract clean and transform Data from multiple sources (SQL Databases, CRM, Warehouse Management System, ERP System) to ensure accuracy
  • Reconcile Financial Data across different Platforms to maintain “single version of the truth”
  • Build and maintain Automated Dashboards using PowerBI / Tableau
  • Develop complex Financial Models
  • Oversee the configuration and rollout of Financial Tools as required

  • Suitable Tertiary Qualification
  • Excellent knowledge of Financial Data and Systems
  • Excellent SQL Development Experience
  • Advanced Excel Skills/Power BI
  • Extensive knowledge of Data Warehouse and Data Analytic Tools and Principles
  • Business Automation and Robotics knowledge in the Financial Environment
  • Project Management Skills

Package & Remuneration

R650 000 CTC – R450 000 CTC plus Incentive Bonus
