Optimize database performance and troubleshoot issues. Manage database backups, restores, and disaster recovery processes. Implement and maintain database security and access controls. Perform database upgrades, patching, and migrations. Support developers with database design and query optimization. Ensure data integrity, availability, and system reliability. Job Experience & Skills Required Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 3–5 years' experience as a SQL Database Administrator. Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server administration. Experience with database performance tuning and optimization. Solid understanding of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures. Experience with database security, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
