An exciting opportunity exists for a DRIVER at SPITZ in Bryanston, Johannesburg. The purpose of the role is to perform various driving errands and other tasks for the departments at Spitz on a daily basis. Line Manager : Office Manager Number of Direct Reports : 0 Job Specification: Key Performance Areas:
- Driver
- Assist various departments of Spitz by carrying out their driver errands.
- Be a safe, professional and courteous driver
- Monitoring and replacement of office consumables
- Daily and weekly replenishment of office consumables, including milk, paper, water bottles and groceries.
- Distribution of incoming mail and couriered items
- Deliver incoming mail, parcels and courier items to the various departments.
- Liaise with Reception and Shipping Department to ensure that all items are delivered to the correct staff timeously.
- Provide General Assistance
- Assist with set up of functions, staff sales and other office events as required by the Generalist
- Responsible for Vehicle including fuel card, servicing, cleanliness, fines, vehicle care
Minimum Requirements: Experience:
• 3 years of Corporate driving experience • Valid Code 10 with PDP Qualifications:
