- The Administrator: Reward Administration supports the effective delivery of reward and remuneration processes across a Pan-African environment. The role coordinates reward administration activities, maintains accurate data and reporting, supports governance and compliance requirements, and enables a seamless colleague experience through efficient service delivery and stakeholder support.
Job Description
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Pay Review Cycle Administration
- Support the end-to-end administration and coordination of annual pay review and bonus cycles, ensuring timely execution, reporting, governance compliance and stakeholder engagement.
Reward Programme Administration
- Administer reward programmes and compensation processes in accordance with approved policies, procedures and operational standards.
Compensation and Incentive Administration
- Execute and validate reward-related transactions, incentive payments and compensation changes while ensuring data integrity and appropriate controls.
Reward Reporting and Governance Support
- Produce operational reporting, maintain governance documentation, perform reconciliations and support audit and compliance requirements.
Reward Query, Communication and Knowledge Management
- Provide colleague support through reward query resolution, communication coordination and maintenance of reward knowledge content and information resources.
Exception Management Administration
- Manage reward exception administration, including tracking, reporting, escalation and governance support.
Survey and Benchmark Administration
- Coordinate remuneration surveys and benchmarking activities, including data preparation, submissions, vendor liaison and process administration.
Reward Systems and Data Support
- Provide first-line support for reward systems, data management, testing, issue resolution and continuous improvement initiatives.
Vendor and Operational Coordination
- Support vendor management, service delivery monitoring, operational administration and stakeholder coordination.
Executive and Director Remuneration Administration
- Support executive remuneration and Director Emoluments processes through secure administration, governance controls, reconciliations and audit support.
Continuous Improvement and Data Insights
- Analyse reward data and operational trends to identify process improvements and enhance service effectiveness and colleague experience.
Knowledge and Skills
- Reward administration and compensation processes
- HRIS and reward systems administration, with Workday exposure advantageous
- Data management, reporting and reconciliation
- Governance, compliance and audit controls
- Stakeholder engagement and service delivery
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills with high attention to detail
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in Reward, Human Resources, Payroll, Shared Services, Finance Administration or a related operational support environment.
