The position involves feature design, defect management, quality verification, and solution handover. Key Responsibilities:
- Meet and coordinate with stakeholders to establish project scope and requirements
- Develop and prioritize requirement specifications, data mapping, and diagrams
- Translate technical specifications into clear non-technical requirements and release notes
- Assist in quality verification and risk mitigation
- Present solutions to customers and promote knowledge sharing
Educational Qualifications
- Matric
- Appropriate IT Qualification
Professional Qualifications
- Relevant certifications (beneficial)
Years of Experience 3+ years of analysis experience with medical industry IT knowledge as an advantage. Other Requirements
- SQL and database knowledge
- Understanding of web technologies and SDLC
- Knowledge of information security, cloud technologies, and healthcare systems
- Fluency in English with strong communication and organisational skills
