Job Description

  • iStore's Apple Care Warehouse is looking for a reliable and experienced Spares Supervisor to manage our warehouse operations. We handle Apple product repairs and spare parts with a focus on efficiency and accuracy. This role is essential to keeping our logistics and reverse logistics running smoothly.
  • We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong attention to detail, and knows how to manage stock and processes effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Inventory

  • Manage and improve stock handling and inventory processes.
  • Oversee reverse logistics handling returns and faulty parts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and issuing of stock to the Service Centre.
  • Follow Apple Care processes and maintain high quality standards.
  • Perform regular stock counts with a focus on accuracy.

Import Control

  • Receive and process spare parts accurately and within required timelines.

Customer Service

  • Resolve customer queries quickly and professionally.
  • Handle administration tasks including credit notes, RTVs, GIT, and invoicing with attention to detail.

Export Control

  • Return faulty parts to suppliers consistently and on schedule.

Dangerous Goods Compliance

  • Ensure full legal compliance for the packing and labeling of dangerous goods.

Staff Discipline

  • Report staff issues to the warehouse manager.
  • Ensure the team meets performance standards and follows procedures.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A qualification in warehousing or logistics is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in warehousing or logistics, with 1 year in a supervisory role.
