Core Criteria
- Recognised spa therapy qualification
- Previous experience as a spa therapist, ideally in a lodge setting
- Proficient in a range of massage techniques, including Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy and hot stone
- Knowledge of body treatments and wellness packages
- High standards of hygiene, presentation and treatment room care
- Warm, discreet and guest-focused with excellent communication skills
- Comfortable living and working in a remote, close-knit team environment
Core Responsibilities
• Perform massages and body treatments to a consistently high standard • Consult with guests and recommend suitable treatments and packages • Prepare and maintain treatment areas, including outdoor spaces • Maintain strict hygiene and sanitation standards • Manage spa stock, linen and product usage • Coordinate bookings and guest schedules with the lodge team • Maintain accurate treatment records • Present a professional, welcoming spa experience at all times Work cycle is 21/7 This is a live-in position
