Spa Receptionist Luxury Hotel & Spa | KwaZulu-Natal Midlands Permanent, full-time A distinguished luxury hotel and spa in the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands is looking for a gracious, organised Spa Receptionist to be the first point of contact for its spa guests. You will welcome guests, manage bookings and keep reception running smoothly, so that every visit feels calm, personal and well looked after. Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in spa guests with warmth and professionalism
- Manage spa bookings, appointments and enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Coordinate therapist schedules and treatment room availability
- Advise guests on treatments, packages and products
- Process payments and handle daily administration and reporting
- Liaise with the hotel's other departments for a seamless guest experience
- Keep the reception area and retail display immaculate
About You
- Previous reception or guest relations experience, ideally in a luxury spa, hotel or lodge
- A warm, polished manner and excellent communication skills
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Confident with bookings, payments and point-of-sale systems, and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Calm under pressure and committed to excellent service
- Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required
- Own reliable transport, as staff accommodation is not provided
- A hospitality, spa or front office qualification is advantageous
