MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Relevant Spa, Beauty Therapy, Somatology or Wellness qualification - Minimum 3 years experience within a professional spa or luxury wellness environment - Previous spa supervisory or management experience essential - Qualified and willing to perform professional spa treatments when required - Comfortable overseeing and supporting spa reception - 4 or 5-star hotel spa or luxury hospitality experience advantageous - Strong spa operations and guest service knowledge - Proven team leadership, coaching and development experience - Staff rostering, attendance and leave management experience - Strong guest relations and service-recovery skills - Stock control and monthly stock take experience - Understanding of spa revenue, commissions and operational reporting - Spa management system experience; Fresha advantageous - Strong administrative and computer skills - Professional grooming and presentation - Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays - South African ID or valid work aut
