Solutions Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and support of enterprise technology solutions • Drive innovation through the evaluation and implementation of new technologies, development practices, and automation opportunities • Collaborate with architects, developers, business analysts, infrastructure teams, cybersecurity specialists, and vendors to deliver integrated solutions • Champion Agile, DevOps, and continuous improvement practices to improve delivery velocity and solution quality • Build, mentor, and lead high-performing development teams while fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation • Manage technology partners, development vendors, and service providers to ensure effective delivery and value creation • Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to delivery quality, user satisfaction, system availability, and productivity • Identify and mitigate technical, operational, cybersecurity, and project delivery risks • Support digital transformation initiatives that improve customer experience and business performance Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Preferred Qualifications:

• Honours Degree in a related discipline
• TOGAF Foundation or Enterprise Architecture Certification
• ITIL Foundation Certification
• Agile/Scrum Certification (CSM, SAFe, Agile Practitioner)
• Project Management Certification (PRINCE2, PMBOK)
• Microsoft, Oracle, or related technology certifications

• Experience:

• 810+ years' experience in Solutions Engineering, Software Development, or Solution Delivery environments
• Proven experience leading development teams and enterprise technology initiatives
• Experience delivering business-critical applications and solutions
• Exposure to digital transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
