Detail: Requirements: Experience in a technical or field support role. Knowledge of solar and inverter systems. Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills. Basic networking knowledge. Experience with Sunsynk, Deye, Victron, Solis, or Huawei systems. Solar PV certifications. Experience with lithium batteries and monitoring platforms. Valid driver's license and reliable transport. Responsibilities: Troubleshoot solar, inverter, electrical, and network issues. Perform installations, replacements, and maintenance of solar systems. Electrical equipment replacement (AC/DC breakers, AC/DC SPD, DC fuses). Configure and commission systems. Conduct site inspections and quality checks. Monitor system performance and perform firmware updates where needed. Log and manage support tickets using Zoho CRM. Maintain strong communication with customers and suppliers. RMA testing.
