Duties

Design and Develop: Engineer cutting-edge solar PV systems from concept through to completion. Your designs will light up homes and power businesses, and push the boundaries of what solar technology can achieve.
Innovate and Implement: Work on exciting projects involving smart grid integration and energy storage solutions. Your role will be pivotal in turning bold new ideas into reality.
Lead and Liaise: Act as a technical leader on projects, guiding teams, interfacing with clients, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure project success.
Research and Resolve: Stay ahead of technological trends in the solar industry. Apply your insight to solve complex technical challenges and enhance system performance.

Experienced and Educated: You have a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. A professional engineering license is a plus!
PV Savvy: With at least 5 years of hands-on experience in solar engineering, including direct involvement with PV systems, youre adept at design, installation, and troubleshooting.
Software Proficient: You are comfortable with PVsyst, AutoCAD, and other industry-standard software, ensuring precision in design and efficiency in execution.
Communicator and Collaborator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills allow you to translate complex technical details into clear and actionable information for team members and clients alike.
