A Software Developer in this space is expected to bridge the gap between writing high-quality code. This role focuses on building resilient microservices and leveraging managed services to reduce operational overhead.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Core Responsibilities
Microservices Development: Design, develop, and maintain robust backend services using Java 17+ and Spring Boot 3.x.
API Design: Build and document RESTful or gRPC APIs following industry standards (OpenAPI/Swagger).
Database Management: Design schemas and optimize queries for both relational (Cloud SQL) and NoSQL databases.
DevOps & CI/CD: Implement and manage automated deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Cloud Build.
Mentorship: Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and mentor junior/mid-level developers to ensure high engineering standards.
Key Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years focused on cloud-native applications.
System Design: Proven ability to design distributed systems that handle high concurrency and large data volumes.
Problem Solving: Expertise in debugging complex issues across distributed environments and optimizing application performance (JVM tuning).
