Key Requirements
5+ years' software development experience with
- Java 11+
- Spring Boot
- REST APIs
- Microservices
- JSON
5+ years' practical experience in Business Process Analysis.
Strong hands-on experience with IBM BPM / BAW or Camunda 7/8, including:
- BPMN / DMN modelling
- Workflow automation & orchestration
- Camunda Modeler
- External Task Workers
- Incident handling
- Deployment & monitoring
- Custom UI integration
- Practical experience with Kafka / Confluent and event streaming, including publishing and consuming events.
- Experience with Git and CI/CD, particularly Azure DevOps Pipelines.
- 2+ years' experience analysing processes and identifying automation opportunities.

Essential
