In this role, you will lead the implementation of critical, complex software components across large-scale enterprise environments. You will turn detailed architectural designs into observable, scalable code while working closely with BizDevOps and product teams to drive end-to-end delivery. Duties & Responsibilities
The Tech Stack Deep-Dive Must-Haves:
- Core Foundation: 3+ years of professional programming experience with strong fundamentals in IT data structures and application systems.
- Methodologies & Lifecycle: Proven hands-on delivery across full Agile development lifecycles (SDLC).
- Testing & Quality: Writing comprehensive unit and system test suites to guarantee fault tolerance and high quality.
- CI/CD & Version Control: Git/source control management and building automated deployment packages.
Nice-to-Haves
- Formal diploma or certifications across multiple programming languages.
- Experience optimizing toolchains alongside Biz/Dev/Ops engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities (Keep it brief)
- Build & Scale: Architect, configure, and ship maintainable, reusable, and observable components for large, complex enterprise systems.
- Pipeline & Delivery: Package deployment artifacts, manage rollout execution, and collaborate with DevOps engineers to streamline the delivery toolchain.
- Technical Mentorship: Troubleshoot mission-critical production issues and actively guide and mentor other developers on the team
