Key Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, and maintain business automation and enterprise software solutions • Work across the full Software Development Lifecycle, including analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose solutions • Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party systems • Design and implement REST APIs and microservice-based solutions • Support the development and integration of AI-enabled functionality into business systems • Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and resolve production issues in high-availability environments • Contribute to development standards, version control practices, and deployment processes • Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and process improvement Job Experience and Skills Required:

• Education: Diploma in Software Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Preferred: Degree in IT, Software Development, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
• Experience:

• 36 years' software development experience
• Experience mentoring junior developers
• Practical experience with Artificial Intelligence and AI-enabled solutions
• Experience working within Agile or Scrum environments
