The Role As a Developer, you will:

Develop, enhance, integrate, and support business-critical software solutions.
Work across the full SDLC, from requirements gathering and design through development, testing, deployment, and support.
Translate business requirements into scalable, reliable technical solutions.
Develop and maintain automation systems and integrations.
Identify opportunities where AI, automation, and emerging technologies can improve business processes.
Develop and integrate AI-enabled functionality into existing systems.
Work with internal teams and third-party stakeholders to deliver effective technology solutions.
Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks in high-availability environments.
Contribute to coding standards, system architecture, development frameworks, and deployment methodologies.
Mentor and support junior developers.
Continuously improve system functionality, performance, security, and user experience.

What Youll Need

Qualifications

Minimum Diploma or relevant qualification in Software Development, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
A degree such as B.Eng., B.Sc., B.Com, or a related IT/software development qualification would be advantageous.
Additional qualifications or certifications in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related disciplines would be advantageous.
