- South African citizenship
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related discipline (non-negotiable)
- 8+ years of Sofware Development experience of which 3+ years have been in Architecture
- Strong software development experience within a structured engineering environment
- Exposure to modern software development practices and mature CI/CD processes
- Experience working with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
- Strong problem-solving ability and a genuine pride in producing quality work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for technology, software engineering, and continuous learning
Tech Experience
- Python and Django
- NumPy and Pandas
- HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Git version control
- Cybersecurity exposure
- Financial services or regulated industry experience
