Introduction

We are looking for talented Developers to join the LEAP team; to help build enhance and scale the technology platform, transforming the way pharmacies operate, developing a new generation of software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to work across various technologies. Duties & Responsibilities

Job Purpose To be responsible for the development of application systems according to set standards and procedures, and to provide effective maintenance and support for application systems.

Job Objectives

• Design, build, test, and deploy software applications and features
• Carry software products through the software development life cycle (SDLC)
• Write clean, concise, and efficient code
• Manage code documentation and version control
• Work in an agile environment to release software on a regular schedule
• Troubleshoot and debug software
• Work with business analysts to define software requirements
• Participate in on-call rotation to respond to production issues

Desired Experience & Qualification

Job-Related Requirements Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; or
• Proven record of project builds
• 3 to 5 years' software development experience
• 5 years' software development experience  ( Senior Developer)

Job-Related Knowledge, Skills Essential

• Languages: C# • ASP.NET MVC • Basic understanding of HTML and CSS • Basic understanding of version control using Git • Basic understanding of databases (SQL, MySQL-Preferred) • Ability to work well with others or independently, as required • Ability to conduct peer review on codes from other developers • Good problem-solving and analytical skills Desirable

• Languages: TypeScript, Javascript
• Experience with the Entity Framework
• Experience with JSON and/or XML
• Experience with MySQL
• Experience with Azure Devops (Boards, Files, etc.)
• Experience with API Integration (incoming and outgoing)
• Qualification in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Exposure to AI or LLM technologies with interest in applying these to develop smarter innovative solutions
• Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the development team, supporting problem-solving, knowledge sharing, code quality, and the adoption of development best practices.
